But this time, I was obsessed with achieving the most absolute method of getting and keeping that million-dollar physique.
Of course, every super hero encounters some trouble... Along the way I hit a few snags. Even as a trainer, there’d be times where I’d gain a little more weight than I was comfortable with or I’d occasionally plateau.
